Police are appealing for the public's help to identify a man in connection with their probe into a theft at a Southend dental surgery.

Officers were made aware of a theft which took place at a dentist surgery on Royal Mews in Southend on September 5.

The suspect entered the surgery shortly after 1pm and allegedly stole a phone from behind the reception desk.

Essex Police is now releasing an image of a man officers would like to speak with in connection with this investigation.
