EMERGENCY services are dealing with an incident on a major south Essex rail line.
c2c has said all lines are blocked due to an ongoing incident between Upminster and West Horndon.
As a result, train services running across the whole network may be cancelled, delayed, or revised.
According to a commuter on a train due to arrive at London Fenchurch Street at approximately 8.14am, they said: “The train has been stopped at West Horndon and everyone has been removed from the train.”
Four and eight carriage trains will be diverted via Rainham and Pitsea.
c2c has arranged ticket acceptance with Greater Anglia and London Underground via any reasonable route.
