A MAN was arrested and remains in custody for questioning in connection with a Westcliff burglary.
The incident was reported to have occurred on Thursday, August 24, at a property in Prince Avenue.
The 37-year-old was arrested yesterday evening on suspicion of burglary as police enquiries continue.

Chief Inspector Daniel Barnes said: “Burglary is an invasive crime, that’s why it’s a priority for us.
“We will thoroughly investigate all burglaries and follow all investigative leads to detect and arrest anyone believed to be concerned in a burglary-related crime.”
