A SPOOKY Halloween event is set to return and provide an eerie setting in Southend with new attractions
Cursed is Essex’s number one, award-winning Halloween fright night experience, and will take place in Crouch Valley Showground, Rayleigh.
The event will span 12 dates between October 12 and 31 with tickets going quickly.
During the event, brave attendees will first make their way through the ‘AmpiFEARtre’ and prepare to test their stamina against wandering performers.
Visitors will pass through a series of scare mazes which are themed to disturb, distort and scare.
New attractions have been added to Cursed for the 2023 edition.
Attendees can now delight in ‘Scarytales’ and ‘Clown Clink’ on their chosen nights.
A spokesman for Cursed said: “The event will contain live actors, immersive scenery, special effects and a guaranteed great night out with friends and family.
“You’ll be able to catch your breath, grab a bite to eat and be entertained throughout the night. Only the bravest survive.”
Tickets range between £20 and £35 depending on the date and residents can attend by car through the A127 and A130.
The nearest train station is Rayleigh.
