A MAN caught speeding on a jet ski on the River Colne has been fined by magistrates.
Michael Miller, 68, was driving an orange and black Sea-Doo Spark jet ski across the water in Colchester on June 16.
Colchester Magistrates’ Court heard the vehicle was being driven in excess of the eight nautical miles per hour speed limit.
Miller, of Kenwood Road, Corringham, admitted the offence.
He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a further £220 in a surcharge and costs to the court.
