TWO males were arrested on a main road following suspicions from the police that they were involved in the supply of drugs.
Essex Police in South Woodham Ferrers has arrested two males on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
Multiple police vehicles were in attendance and blocked the road to stop the vehicle they were travelling in and make the arrest.
The team gathered all available evidence and took the information to the Crown Prosecution Service.
They have since been charged for being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and one of the males has been remanded and will face court today.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “This time the team were in South Woodham Ferrers. It did not take them long.
“Two males have been arrested on suspicion of being concerning in the supply of class A drugs.
“We have taken the evidence we have acquired over the previous six hours and the Crown Prosecution Service have authorised charges for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.”
