A major south Essex road is partially blocked this evening with long delays after reports of a crash.
The A127 London-bound is partially blocked near Rayleigh Weir, just before the A130/A1245 (Fairglen Interchange) following a crash, according to Essex County Council's traffic control.

There are "severe delays", AA reports, to almost Progress Road.
According to AA's route planner, there are also delays Southend-bound between Gardiners Lane North and A129 Rayleigh Road, with an average speed of ten mph.
