A PERSON was rushed to hospital after an incident at a train station.
British Transport Police says officers were called to Leigh station at 7.15am today after receiving reports of a casualty on the tracks.
Essex County Fire and Rescue Service also rushed to the scene to assist paramedics who took a person to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.

A spokesman for the police force confirmed: "Officers were called to Leigh railway station at 7.15am today (November 18) to reports of a casualty on the tracks.
"Paramedics also attended and a person has been taken to hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
"This incident is not being treated as suspicious."
The East of England Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
