A MAN has been charged after police carried out a drugs warrant in Westcliff.
Officers carried out the warrant at an address in Lympstone Close at around 6.30am on Wednesday.
Inside they discovered around 100 cannabis plants of varying sizes.
A man was later arrested.
Ervis Davi, 30, of Lympstone Close, Westcliff, has now been charged with being concerned in the production of cannabis and abstracting or using electricity without authority.
He appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on December 14 and is next due to appear at Basildon Crown Court on January 11.
