A SOUTH Essex train station’s platform waiting room is closed due to a “fly infestation”.
A sign on the platform two door of the inside seating area at Billericay station, in Radford Way, has been put up.
This side serves Southend Victoria services.
The sign reads: “Waiting room closed due to fly infestation.”
However, platform one’s, which serves London Liverpool Street services, waiting room is open for passengers.
The Echo has contacted Greater Anglia, which operates the station, for a comment.
