FORMER Sky Sports Gillette Soccer Saturday anchor Jeff Stelling is spending an evening at the Palace Theatre next year for a Q&A session.
From 7.30pm on January 11, the London Road, Westcliff, audience will hear anecdotes from the 68-year-old’s time at the broadcaster, which lasted for more than three decades.
Former colleague Bianca Westwood will be presenting the evening and also “roast him on stage”.

In a Facebook post by Southend Theatres, it said: “Join us for a night of football nostalgia and entertainment with the legendary Jeff Stelling on January 11 at the Palace Theatre.
“Get ready to hear incredible anecdotes from Jeff's amazing career as the anchor man of Sky Sports Gillette Soccer Saturday for more than 30 years.
“And that's not all, Bianca Westwood, Jeff's Sky colleague, will be there to host and roast him on stage.
“It's going to be an evening filled with laughter and behind-the-scenes stories you won't want to miss.”
