A ZOOQUARIUM in Southend is set to close for a week for annual maintenance.
Sealife Adventure, in Eastern Esplanade, Southend, will close from Monday, January 15, to Friday, January 19, 2024.
This is for "annual maintenance works".
The business will re-open on Saturday, January 20.
Sealife Adventure is a zooquarium which has a number of exhibitions on offer including otters, a shark tunnel, a tropical house, and monkey's.
The business is owned by Stockvale, the same owner's of Adventure Island. Adventure Island's inside Play Centre remains open through the winter and during the maintenance period.
A spokesman for Sealife Adventure said: "Sealife Adventure will be closed from Monday, January 15, to Friday, January 19, 2024, for annual maintenance.
"During this period, Adventure Inside Play Centre will be open. Our annual pass holders receive 20 per cent off soft play wristbands, ride tickets and arcade credit for themselves, friends and family.
"We apologised for any inconvenience caused."
