UPDATE - She has since been found
Police have issued a new image of a woman who has been missing from Westcliff for six days in the hopes someone who may have seen her will get in touch.
Officers are continuing to search for Claritza Lee, who was last seen on Friday, January 5, leaving an address close to Westcliff Parade.
Since then, officers have continued to search areas across the Southend district in their efforts to find her.
Claritza, 38, is described as a white woman, around 5ft 6 with straight, brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, black boots and a long, grey puffer coat.
In a fresh appeal, Chief Inspector Jo Collins, Essex Police district commander for Southend said “We have carried out a lot of search activity since Claritza was reported missing.
“We are now releasing another image of Claritza, in the hope that someone may have seen her and can contact us with information.
“If you have seen her in the past week, no matter how small the information may seem, please contact us.”
Anyone who has seen Claritza or who has any information on her whereabouts is urged to call 999, quoting reference 692 of 8 January.
