A PEDESTRIAN has been left injured after being hit by a car in Leigh.
Essex Police were called to Herschell Road, between 3pm and 3.20pm on Wednesday, January 31.
This was following a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a woman, was treated by paramedics after suffering injuries.
However, these were not life-threatening or life changing.
Essex Police are now appealing for witnesses.
A spokesman said: “Officers investigating a collision in Leigh are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
“If you have information, CCTV or dashcam footage in relation to this incident, please get in touch.
“Please quote incident 643 of 31 January when providing any information to make sure it gets to the right person as quickly as possible.”
