A c2c train has been cancelled due to a fault between Chalkwell and Leigh.
c2c say the 7:21am from Leigh to London Fenchurch Street has been cancelled due to a train fault.
This comes after the 7:12am train from Thorpe Bay to London Fenchurch Street was delayed.
A spokesman for c2c said: "Due to a train fault the 7:21am Leigh to London Fenchurch Street due 8:09am has been cancelled.
"Apologies for the inconvenience caused to your journey this morning."
A spokesman also added: "Due to an earlier cancelled train the 7:12am, Thorpe Bay to London Fenchurch Street due 8:21am has been previously delayed, has been further delayed at Laindon and is now 13 minutes late."
