Martin Lewis's team at Money Saving Expert (MSE) has revealed the 'best to worst' UK delivery firms according to a recent survey.
The team at MSE asked users to rate their experience with 17 parcel delivery companies throughout 2023.
56,000 votes were cast and the full list of results was published on the MSE website on Friday, February 16.
Each courier could be scored as either 'great', 'OK' or 'poor' in the poll which ran in early January 2024.

Money Saving Expert users ranked TNT the lowest out of 17 couriers.
TNT received only 14% 'great' ratings from nearly 1,300 responses in the survey.
Last year, Evri, which rebranded from Hermes back in March 2022, scored the lowest.
On its website, the MSE team said that the latest votes from MoneySavers suggest its service quality has largely remained the same.
However, it added that it now sits slightly higher in the 2024 poll results at 16th place.
The researchers notes that CollectPlus and Yodel were the most improved firms after they jumped up five places each in the rankings.
On the other side, FedEx and UPS both fell four places from MSE's last poll.
