Trains are delayed across the c2c network this afternoon rush hour due to "trespassers on the railway" in south Essex.
Due to the incident between Leigh and Benfleet, trains have to run at reduced speed, c2c have confirmed.
The rail firm says train services running across the whole c2c network may be delayed by "up to five minutes".

Disruption is expected until 5.30pm.
A spokesman for c2c shared on X: "Due to trespassers on the railway between Leigh and Benfleet trains have to run at reduced speed.
"Train services running across the whole c2c network may be delayed. Please check your journey: orlo.uk/mCZwr."
