TWO mystery women from Essex have won “life-changing” amounts on the National Lottery as “luck strikes twice”.

The National Lottery winners are only known as Mrs A and Mrs M but are both from Essex.

Mrs A became an instant winner, playing via the National Lottery app, after scooping the top prize of £100,000 on the “£100K Jackpot Green” Instant Win Game.

She is now planning to pay off her mortgage and treat her family.

Meanwhile, Mrs M chose a personalised selection of sentimental numbers, played via the National Lottery app, which came up trumps on the Set For Life draw-based game.

She matched the five main numbers in the draw on Thursday, February 1, which will see her banking £10,000 a month for a whole year.

Mrs M is planning to use the money to go on holiday to Disney World Florida.

The Essex women have become two of over eight million players that win each week on The National Lottery’s range of games.
