THERE are severe delays on the A13 with queues back on to Canvey following reports of loose horses.
According to Essex Travel News, the A13 Londonbound remains closed between Sadlers Farm roundabout and Pitsea.
This is because of loose horses on the road.
The A13 Eastbound is reportedly now open, but Londonbound remains closed, causing severe delays.
Congestion is back on to Canvey and towards Rayleigh as well as the A130.
It is reported that some drivers have been at a standstill for more than an hour.
Essex Police has been contacted for comment by the Echo.
