AN M25 "crash" is causing "severe delays" on the A127 London-bound this morning, with queues stretching back to near Basildon.
AA Traffic News says a crash reported earlier this morning which closed one lane on the M25 heading into London has caused queues from from junction 29 A127 Southend Arterial Road (Romford/Basildon) to junction 28 A12 (Brentwood/Brook Street Roundabout).
Travel time is around 25 minutes.
There are also "severe delays" of 19 minutes which are increasing on the M25 between junction 30 for the A13 (Lakeside/Purfleet) and junction 28 for the A12 (Brentwood/Brook Street Roundabout). The average speed is ten miles per hour.
Delays are easing on the A127 Southend Arterial Road London-bound between the A128 Tilbury Road (Halfway House roundabout) and M25 junction 29 (Romford / Basildon). The average speed is 20 miles per hour.
