SOUTHEND Airport is continuing to grow after announcing increased flights to three of its 11 destinations this week.

On Wednesday, bosses at the airport confirmed there have been extra flights added to Paris, Palma de Mallorca, and Faro.

In total, Southend Airport now provide flights to 11 destinations.

Here is a summary of those destinations and the days of the flights in 2024, according to Southend Airport’s website.

1. Paris, in France:

There are currently four flights a week from Southend Airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport with airline easyJet.

These flights depart on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

The average flight time for Southend Airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is 1 hour 10 minutes.

2. Amsterdam, in The Netherlands:

There are two flights a week from Southend to Amsterdam with easyJet. These depart on Mondays and Fridays.

The average flight time for Southend Airport to Schiphol Airport is 52 minutes.

3. Alicante, in Spain:

There are two flights a week from Southend Airport to Alicante Airport with easyJet. These depart on Thursdays and Sundays.

4. Bourgas, in Bulgaria:
