A STRING of overnight road closures are set to disrupt a busy south Essex road for six evenings.
High Road, Benfleet, will be closed for roadworks between 7.30pm and 5pm – starting on Thursday evening and ending next Wednesday morning.
Essex bus operator First has warned its passengers using its 21, 22, and 27 routes of diversions during the roadworks.
Buses will be unable to serve all stops in High Road and Kents Hill Road while the works take place, its said on social media.
