Dotty (Image: Dogs Trust Basildon) Dotty is a beautiful 11-year-old lurcher seeking a sofa to call her own. This girl is currently in foster with one of the rehoming centre's foster families. Dotty can live with dog savvy children over the age of 11 who can give her space when she wants time alone, but she must be the only dog in the home. She would also like a private secure garden to explore and run around in.

Rumor (Image: Basildon Dogs Trust) Rumor is a two-year-old Labrador who came to Dogs Trust with not much previous history. She loves her food, which is a bonus and a great tool for all her training, she has a passion and love for soft toys, so will enjoy both physical and mental stimulation. Once she knows people, she is super excitable and bouncy. This cutie will need to be in an adult-only home with no other dogs.

Megi, a Border Collie

Megi (Image: Dogs Trust Basildon) Megi is a lovely 11-year-old Border Collie who needs a home that has older children over the age of 14 so she can still have peaceful alone time when she desires. She loves wandering off and exploring while out and about, and would therefore require a private garden to continue her hobby. She is super friendly with people, and will approach for cuddles once they have gained her trust.

Benji, a Crossbreed

Benji (Image: Dogs Trust Basildon) Six-year-old Benji is super keen to find his new home after being unlucky in love. He will need to be in a quiet, adult-only home with a maximum of two people and minimal visitors. The new adopters will need to be able to come to the centre for multiple meets and then volunteers will bring him to the home a few times to help the adopters settle him in to his new environment and routine. Once Benji is comfortable, his new owners will be rewarded with an active, playful, entertaining boy who they can go on adventures and teach all kinds of new tricks.
