Tickets are selling fast for the highly-anticipated Oktoberfest as it returns to Southend after last year's sell-out tour.

The celebration of beer, food, music and community is returning to Priory Park on October 17 and 19, with Saturday afternoon VIP tables already fully sold out and just one Saturday evening table remaining.

Tickets are available as standing, unreserved bench seating and exclusive VIP tables; these include entry for up to 10 people, table service from waiters, incredible views of the stage and a free gift for each person on the table.

Oktoberfest offers an incredible selection of traditional German Bier that can be served in up to two pint steins, amazing German food including bratwurst and pretzels, plus a range of other drinks including cider, prosecco, spirits and wine.

In addition to the diverse beer selection, Oktoberfest will feature a variety of food vendors offering delicious traditional German food to complement the beer choices.

As well as entertainment from Oompah bands performing their very own blend of ‘oompop’, there will be support bands and DJs across all sessions.

Revellers can choose from three huge sessions; Friday evening at 6pm to 11pm, 12pm to 5pm Saturday afternoon and 6pm to 11pm Saturday evening.

Tom Cullen, marketing manager for Oktoberfest, said: “We can’t wait to bring Oktoberfest back to Southend for another year. With Saturday VIP already fully sold out, expect more singing, dancing, beer and food than ever before.”
