A car has crashed into a telegraph pole in south Essex, new pictures show.

Yesterday evening, emergency services were spotted on the scene on Barleylands Road, Billericay, after reports of a crash.

Pictures display a car crashing into a telegraph pole off the road.

The photographs also show police on the scene, with the road partly closed as well.

At this stage, it is unknown if anyone suffered injuries, but Essex Police has been contacted for comment by the Echo.
