The most and least expensive streets across south Essex to buy a home have been revealed as part of a new study.

With its easy travel links to London by two railway lines, alongside quiet countryside contrasting bustling town and city centres offering something for everyone, the south of the county is a popular area for many prospective homeowners.

Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to reveal where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across south Essex including Southend, Basildon, Castle Point and Rochford.
