PART of a busy Benfleet road is set to close for five nights next month.
Castle Point Borough Council said on Facebook that Ferry Road will shut from August 12 to August 17.
The affected road is towards the roundabout.
The closure will be in effect from 10pm to 5am each evening.
The closure is for safety purposes while Network Rail completes rail bridge repair works at Benfleet railway station.
