A MAN has died following a crash in south Essex.
Police officers were called to Bridge Road in Grays at about 8.45am today, after reports of a car being in a collision with parked cars.
The road was closed after the incident and police have confirmed a man in his 40s died at the scene.
An investigation has now been launched.
An Essex Police spokesman said: “The road had been closed while we investigated and recovered the vehicle, but it has now re-opened.
