A vehicle fire on September 9 in Harlow is being treated as arson with a man seen leaving the scene but not identified.
A vehicle which caught alight at North Grove in Harlow on Monday September 9, is being treated as arson.
It was reported that a man was seen leaving the location in the general direction of Nicholls Field.
Police were notified by colleagues of the fire service.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "We are treating the incident as arson (not endangering life).
"Officers investigating a vehicle fire in Harlow are asking for the public’s help.
