An incident where a man was hit by a car and knocked to the ground, is being treated as GBH.
It was reported that a man was struck by a car in Tillwicks Road, Harlow, shortly after 2.35pm on August 23.
The incident, involving a silver Golf car, is being treated as GBH.
Officers investigating the incident are appealing for witnesses.
