POLICE investigating a crash in south Essex which left a person injured have launched an appeal to find a man they want to speak to in connection.
Essex Police are looking to speak with Charles Willats, 26, following the crash in Gardner Avenue, Corringham at about 12.30pm on April 27 - which left one person injured.
It was reported a driver failed to stop at the scene, failed to report the collision, and was driving without a licence or insurance.
Willats, who police want to speak to in connection, is white, of slim build, with very short brown hair.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “We believe he was last living in Chadwell St Mary and he has connections to Basildon.
“If you see Willats or have any information regarding his whereabouts, contact us quoting incident number 524 of 27 April.
