Traffic is building near King George's Park in Rayleigh after report of a crash this morning.
Emergency services are reportedly on the scene in Eastwood Road, at the junction of Finchfield, near to Rayleigh High Street and King George's Park.
AA Traffic News is already reporting heavy traffic in the area, but no further details on a crash yet.
However, there are unconfirmed reports of a pedestrian being hit by a car.
Emergency services have been contacted for comment by the Echo.
