A major road in South Essex has been partially blocked following a crash in the early morning.
The A13 is experiencing slow traffic after an incident on the Stanford le Hope Bypass on the London-bound carriageway.
According to AA’s traffic monitor, the crash included two vehicles before the A176 Five Bells Interchange and was first reported around 5.30am.
Queues have built up to the Pitsea Flyover with continuing delays.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
