Barchester’s Pinetree Care Home, in Rayleigh, turned into a den of spooky delights as they hosted their very first Halloween Extravaganza.
The event, filled with ghostly decorations, festive costumes, and lively entertainment, brought together residents, family, friends, and staff for an unforgettable evening of Halloween fun.
The care home was fully decked out in spooky decor, with residents enthusiastically helping to create Halloween-themed decorations.
Attendees dressed up in their most creative costumes, adding to the eerie ambiance of the celebration.
A festive buffet also provided a variety of Halloween treats, and live musical entertainment ensured the party had a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere.
Adding to the excitement was the special birthday celebration for one of the home’s residents.
The birthday girl was delighted to have her family present and was thrilled as she blew out the candles on a beautifully crafted cake, made especially for her by the care home's chefs.
Laura Glyde, the General Manager of Pinetree, said: “Our staff and residents love any excuse for a party.
“The home looks fantastic with all the decorations and our head chef did us proud with lots of spooky treats – we have all had a brilliant time.”
The Halloween Extravaganza marks the first of many planned events at Pinetree Care Home, with regular parties and celebrations scheduled over the coming months. The success of this first event has everyone excited for what’s to come.
