POLICE are looking to speak with a 47-year-old man from Southend, in connection with a recall to prison.
Officers are looking for relevant information in connection to the whereabouts of Tony Cartwright.
Cartwright is described as 5ft 8ins tall and of medium build.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "We want to speak to Tony Cartwright in connection with a recall to prison."
"The 47 year-old from Southend is 5ft 8ins tall, of medium built, with short dark-brown greying hair, a greying beard, a tattoo of a devil on his right arm and of fire on his left.
"If you have any information then please get in contact with us"
