A BIKER has been left with potentially serious injuries after a crash in a key road in Wickford.
Police were called to reports of a crash involving two motorbikes in Nevendon Road at around 4.40pm this afternoon.
Drivers faced heavy traffic at rush hour while emergency services dealt with the incident at the junction with East Mayne.
Essex Police have now confirmed the rider of one of the motorbikes has sustained potentially serious injuries.
Thankfully, their condition is not life-changing or life-threatening.
A spokesman for the force said: "If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
"Please quote incident 771 of 21 November."
