Essex Police has launched an appeal after reports of a man "following members of the public to harass them" in Southend and Shoebury.
Officers are investigating a series of incidents where a man has been reportedly "looking through people's windows, around people's driveways, and knocking on people's doors".
Police say this has reportedly occurred on multiple occasions starting back from October 4.
As part of this investigation, a 53-year-old man from Shoebury was arrested of stalking and harassment.
