AN ENTREPRENEUR who says he is bored of big houses and fast cars is selling his mansion – with his Lamborghini thrown into the bargain.
Thirty-year-old Rick Hill has decided to sell his six-bedroom home in Church Road, Hockley, and has included his £152,000 car in the £1,150,000 asking price.
Rick said: “It is a bit of a novelty, but I am offering the ultimate lifestyle package. It’s a dream home, but with just two of us there it is a waste. I want to retire and I am looking for a simpler life.”
But even in “retirement” Rick plans to carry on making money by building up his investment portfolio. He says he currently owns 55 properties.
The self-made millionaire started his working life in a factory, paid just £3.50 an hour.
Six years ago, he started an online pharmacy business and has since started a separate marketing company on the internet.
He said: “I feel I have been there and done it, with the big house and the fast cars.
“I just want some chillout time now, a bit of time to relax and do what I want to do.
“It is time to move on and let someone else enjoy the house and car.”
The Lamborghini Gallardo has a top speed of 197mph.
The house with a sweeping drive and grounds, make an attractive option on their own even without the car, which cost Rick a cool £152,000.
The property has four reception rooms, a large kitchen, conservatory, an indoor swimming pool, gym and games room. Two bedrooms have ensuites and there is also a shower room.
On the market for £1,150,00, Evergreen is being sold by Essex Countryside. For more information call 01268 748428.
