I note down our way a big increase in buy-to-let. It’s the racket of the century.
People have to have a roof. They can’t use their cash to get a mortgage because the banks won’t lend, so they have to rent.
This is living hand-to -mouth, from month to month.
There has to be regulation of the housing market.
My impression is people have had enough.
