FORMER Essex Police cadets who took part in the first passing-out parade forty years ago are invited to a reunion.
Essex Police has organised the reunion to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the first passing-out parade of police cadets which took place on July 18, 1971.
It will be on Saturday, July 30, 2011 in the Sports Pavilion at Essex Police Headquarters in Springfield from 7:30pm.
The event is open to all cadets who took part in the first parade as well as their spouses, partners or carers who would like to join in the celebrations.
