What has happened to the proposed park and ride for Southend?
There were plans for it to go at the corner of the B1013 Nestuda Way and A127 Prince Avenue, west of the new roundabout for the airport runway extension Eastwoodbury Lane bypass.
It was going to have an entrance from the new roundabout, but it has been forgotten.
There are constant complaints about parking around the hospital that could be alleviated by a park and ride system.
Ipswich is a good example; it has three park and ride systems one of which stops at the hospital on route to the town.
