BILLERICAY boy Lee Evans returns to Essex this week with three gigs at the Cliffs Pavilion.
It’s a sold-out home-county run for the famous funnyman, who will be testing out some new material before he hits the road with his Roadrunner arena tour, which will see him all over the UK and Ireland this Autumn.
But for those who haven’t managed to get their hands on a ticket – don’t despair. Lee will be recording his show and releasing a Roadrunner DVD in November, which can be pre-ordered.
The Essex comedian first leapt to fame with his unique brand of slapstick humour after appearances on Friday Night Live and the Jimmy Tarbuck series and Live from Her Majesty’s. Since then, he’s become a household name.
Lee Evans has three sold-out dates at the Cliffs Pavilion, Station Road, Westcliff this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Call 01702 351135 for returns.
