THREE people have appeared at court charged with incidents at Dale Farm.
Protester Ellen Yianni, 26, of Wyndham Crescent, Hounslow, west London, denied an offence of failing to remove a face covering under the Public Order Act on October 19 during the clearance of the UK's largest illegal travellers' site.
She is the girlfriend of activist Jonnie Marbles and will stand trial on January 17.
In the same court, traveller Michael Slattery, 63, of Oak Lane, Cray's Hill, Essex, pleaded guilty to a racially aggravated public order offence.
Traveller Padraig Egan, 26, from Ireland but currently living on the legal half of Dale Farm, denied violent disorder during the clearance on October 19. He will appear before magistrates on December 13 for his case to be sent to Crown Court.
