POLICE were called after a fight started outside a Rayleigh pub.
A concerned member of the public called police to say there was a punch-up outside the Half Moon pub, in Rayleigh High Street, and a man was on the ground.
Officers arrived at about 12.35am on Sunday, within two and a half minutes of the call.
They confirmed an altercation had taken place but no one wanted to make a complaint.
The men left in a taxi.
