Police have arrested a man in connection with an armed robbery at a Sainsbury’s store in Southend.
The arrest of the 33-year-old man from Southend, was made in the early hours of this morning, Sunday, December 9, in East Street, Soouthend.
He has been arrested on suspicion of being responsible for an armed robbery at the Sainsbury’s Local store in Southchurch Road on Sunday, December 2.
The main remains in police custody.
