Two taken to hospital after A127 crash at Rayleigh Weir
TWO drivers were taken to hospital following a road traffic collision on the A127 at Rayleigh Weir on Saturday.
The crash took place on the busy road just after midday.
A silver Mazda 6 and a black Kia Sedona were involved in the collision.
A police spokeswoman said: “Both drivers were taken to Southend Hospital suffering from minor injuries.
“The outside lane was blocked for around 15 minutes whilst the vehicles were moved to the side of the carriageway.”
Knock-on traffic delays lasted around an hour.
