A WOMAN was left shaken after a teenager robbed her at knifepoint in Basildon's Gloucester Park.
The 58 year-old was walking by the lake when she was approached by a male on a black BMX bike.
He pulled out a knife and threatened the terrified woman before demanding her gold ring, which she handed over.
According to police the ring is a sentimental piece of jewellery and the victim, from Basildon, has been left very shaken by the robbery, which took place at 4.30pm on Friday, September 20.
Officers wanting to trace the suspect, described as white, with blond hair and in his late teens, have released an efit image.
