TWO men and a woman were jailed in connection with a string of knifepoint robberies in Wickford.
Men were lured to the town thinking they were meeting a girl they had been talking to on Blackberry messanger.
They were then approached by two men who demanded they hand over items including mobile phones, money, iPads and even clothing.
Lorna Yeates, 21, from Doeshill Drive, Wickford, was sentenced to a total of 14 months and Tyrone Webb, 18 from Amity Road, Stratford, and Daniel Beeson, 18, from Hurry Close, Stratford, were both given six-year sentences.
Yeates admitted one robbery and four count of handling goods stolen in the robberies.
Beeson admitted four robberies, one count of wounding and one count of perverting the course of justice.
Webb pleaded guilty to six robberies, including two in Stratford, east London.
