Little Roman Tuohy, three, of Harlequin Montessori Nursery in Billericay was just one of many children celebrating the 100th birthday of the nursery's style of learning.
The nursery released 100 balloons to mark the centenary of Montessori.Montessori schools offer a unique approach to learning which is centred around children having the freedom to learn and develop.
It is designed to teach children to look after themselves and their surroundings.
