A CASINO is celebrating the second anniversary of a major refurbishment.
The Genting Club, Westcliff, has lined up top acts, including comedian Sean Hughes and the American Four Tops for a week-long celebration.
The celebrations kick off at 9pm tomorrow with a comedy night starring Sean Hughes, Live at the Apollo and Mock the Week star Sara Pascoe, Bob Mills and Pat Monahan.
On Wednesday from 8.30pm Westcliff’s hugely popular Showcase Night will feature emerging acts and on Thursday the Essex Boombox Live Lounge will provide a launch pad for young singers and musicians. On Friday, Westcliff regulars, Tony Roberts, Luke Burr, Stacy Lee and Charlotte Awberry take to the stage for one night only and on Saturday the legendary American Four Tops top the bill.
Finally, on Sunday, the Boogie Belles perform classics from the Andrew Sisters to Beyonce.
